Joel Martell, P.E.

Joel has been with Southwest Gas Corporation for over 17 years and is currently the Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP) manager. Joel has worked for Southwest Gas in its Phoenix and Las Vegas Operations centers and is currently based out of the corporate office in Las Vegas. During that time Joel has overseen activities associated with new constriction, replacement, and compliance related activities. His current responsibilities include damage prevention, laboratory services, and the review and approval of plastic materials.
